Individual therapy is perfect for anyone facing a major life decision, career doubts, loneliness, depression, anxiety, or difficulty adjusting to a new role (e.g. parenthood, empty nest, separation/divorce).
Couples therapy: Whether you’re grappling with infidelity, incompatible life goals, conflict over household matters like money or parenting techniques, or you just no longer feel connected to each other, couples counseling can help. I will work with you to repair old wounds, improve intimacy, and develop a more constructive way of communicating.
Family therapy: Families often struggle in times of transition — e.g. after the birth of a child, when a parent remarries, or as a child enters adolescence. I can meet with your family in various configurations (parents, siblings, mother-daughter, etc.) to build an understanding of how you relate to one another and how you would like things to change.
